The
Horses & Courses team are all experienced horse people and
are very aware that anyone working in the Equine Industry
requires a balance of up to date theoretical knowledge and
practical competence. You do not get far without getting your
hands dirty.
For
those students not working within training centres who wish
to improve their practical skills we offer a number of residential
weekend practical courses and training days at a variety of
top equestrian training centres.
During
these practical days or weekends you will have a chance to:
- Meet
up with other Horses & Courses students and tutors
- Work
with supportive people who share your enthusiasm for the
subject
- Improve
your practical skills and put the theoretical aspects into
a practical context
- Make
full use of the facilities of a variety of the top training
yards in the country
- We
may even be able to provide British Horse Society examination
preparation and arrange for you to take examinations if
required.
